I actually wasn't aware this was a type of storytelling style. Brings me back to an old "poem" I wrote in high school. Apparently it was a short story written in free-verse🤔 😂
That's great that you wrote a free-verse short story. I personally love verse novels because what can be better than poems compiled to tell a whole story!

A lot of poems are stories! With verse novels, it's many different poems working together to form a narrative.
